IMPROVe paper presentation at the Music and Sound in Public Space conference at the 11th national meeting of NTSMB (Network for Cross-Disciplinary Studies of Music and Meaning) this Nov 17th and 18th in Esbjerg, west Denmark.

interferenze

Today there is an IMPROVe performance in in the southern Italian mountains at the Interferenze festival. Made some recordings of the forest yesterday that will be used for the concert today. Wonderful site and people.

There will be a live-session with IMPROVe at the Futuresonic festival in Manchester this Friday (July 21) at 12.30pm.

The place is the courtyard outside 1830 Warehouse at the Museum of Science and Industry.

This August the IMPROVe team heads to the Campania region in south Italy to collaborate with radio artists Dinahbird, Kate Sieper and Jean-Philippe Renoult at the Interferenze new arts festival. This collaboration has been curated for the festival by Juha Huuskonen.

IMPROVe will be on demo at the Ars Electronica 2006 campus exhibit at Linz, Austria from 31 August to 5 September.

The IMPROVe project will be presented at Mobile HCI ‘06 conference in Espoo, Finland from the 12 to 15 September 2006.
